No, ZenStar Retreats are strictly non-smoking properties anywhere on the property. This includes both the inside and outside of any ZenStar Property.

Unfortunately, No Pets of any kind are allowed on any ZenStar Property. Please let us know and we can help with off-site pet boarding recommendations.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

This depends on each property location, but your stay includes access to the entire property, Typically featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully finished basement or a second living area. Complimentary coffee and bottled water are also provided. Some properties may have access to hot tub, pool, or both.

Yes, the property is family-friendly and perfect for guests of all ages. Our spacious layouts and multiple living areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment.

Each property is unique, but The properties may include any of the following features:

  • A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances
  • A cozy living room with a large sectional and a 50" flat-screen TV
  • A dining area for meals and gatherings
  • A Living area with a sectional, a flat-screen TV, and a second living area
  • Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi
  • A washer and dryer with supplies provided
  • A 2-car garage and plenty of parking
  • Some may offer pool or hot tub or both. (ATTN – CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES IN POOL OR HOT TUB AREAS AT ALL TIMES)

This depends on each ZenStar Retreat location but typically we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout is ideal for families or small groups.

Yes, there are dining options within walking distance or a short drive. A list of recommended restaurants can be provided.

Yes, grocery delivery can be arranged, and there are several supermarkets within a short drive.

While the property is family-friendly, supervision is required. Please inquire about any required Child safety equipment needed before booking.  (ATTN – CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES IN POOL OR HOT TUB AREAS AT ALL TIMES)

This Depends on each property. Please inquire directly as to your needs. Unfortunately, due to the property’s layout and stairs, not all ZenStar Retreat locations are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, the property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit. Emergency contact numbers are provided in the welcome instructions on site.

No, ZenStar Retreat locations do not allow parties, gatherings, or events. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and offsite event facility recommendations can be made.

Depending on each property Yes, typically the property includes a 2-car garage and plenty of additional parking on-site.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Yes, a cleaning fee and local occupancy tax are added to the rental rate. A refundable security deposit is also required to cover any potential damages.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
  • If guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the guest receives a 50% refund for all nights
  • Cancellations within 7-14 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
